Program Fees

The cost for the Spring/Summer Program is $660.00 (6 months).  Program fees can be paid in one lump sum or by providing six post-dated cheques of $110.00, each dated the 1st or 15th of each month (ie for the Spring/Summer session, one cheque or 6 post dated cheques would need to be provided for April, May, June, July, August and September).  Payment is due at the first practice with all required forms completely filled out.

Equipment

Participant's bikes must be in working condition and safe to operate before arriving for all bike workouts. The coaches will not have time to fix bikes before a practice. If a coach deems your bike unsafe due to any equipment defects/malfunctions, you will not be able to participate in the practice. All athletes must have a helmet or they cannot participate during the bike portion. No exceptions.

Workout Cancellations/Vacations

Athletes missing training days due to other commitments/vacation will not be reimbursed for missed days.

Parental Support

During the outdoor workouts, parents are encouraged to bring their bikes and ride in the opposite direction of the kids at Birds Hill Park to help keep tabs on the athletes well being.  Also, we ask for assistance to watch the kids in the open water while we swim to help out in case of emergency.  During the indoor workouts, we ask parents to volunteer to watch bike equipment while we swim. We thank all parents in advance for assisting with this duty.
