July 30, 2004 --- Lac du Bonnet Triathlon

The Lac du Bonnet Knights of Columbus are pleased to present the annual Lac du Bonnet Triathlon on August, 8, 2004. 

The day of races features five events, which start and finish at Laker’s Water Ski Club in Lac du Bonnet: 

Olympic Distance Triathlon (1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run)

Sprint and Corporate Challenge Triathlon (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)

Try-A-Tri (300m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km run)

Duathlon (5km run, 40km bike, 10km run)

Sprint Duathlon (2.5km run, 20km bike, 5km run) 

Race package pickup starts at 6:00am for the Olympic Triathlon and Duathlon, 7:00am for all other events. The Olympic distance triathlon and Duathlon start at 8:30, the Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon and Corporate relay at 9:30 and the Try-A-Tri at 10:00. 

Register online until August 5.
