Swimming
Beluga Master's Swim Club in Selkirk & Concordia Pool
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 5:45 AM to 7:00
AM in Selkirk; from 6:10 AM to 7:15 AM at Concordia.
- Coach: Paul Boulding, Hons. B.Sc Exercise Physiology, coached professionally at the Age Group
level through to National level in swimming for many years in Toronto. In Winnipeg he has coached Age
Group, Masters and Triathletes. He has his NCCP Level 3 and has taught Levels 1 and 2 Theory.
- We have several triathletes swimming with us each
year and we do give them "special" treatment from time to
time especially in the spring nearing race time.
- Paul offers private lessons and learn to swim.

- Freestyle
Swim Drills
Steinbach Master's Swim Club has openings Monday and Wednesday nights at
9 PM; or Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30 AM. All swimmers are welcome. Excellent coaching from Ken Hiebert - an
experienced coach with a Total Immersion bent. Choice of freestyle or mixed workout each session. Loads of fun. Friendly competition if you want it - no pressure if you don't.
